Florida's Boating Community

When you create an account, we store your email address and name. If you post a listing or job, add a profile photo or bio, favorite an entry, or submit a spot suggestion, we store that content. If you contact us through the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you provide.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate Boatlocal: showing your posts to other visitors, letting you manage them, sending account-related emails, and answering messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information.

Public content

Listings, jobs, and approved spot suggestions are publicly visible. Marketplace photos you upload are stored on public URLs — anyone with the link can view them. Profile pictures are also stored publicly.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, and basic analytics to understand which pages are used so we can improve the app.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove your posts, and delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your personal data; posts you made may remain unless you delete them first.
